Job Description –
We seek an experienced Python Web Developer to join our development team as a development
lead. As a Sr. Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust,
scalable, and secure enterprise level web applications using cloud infrastructure. You will work
closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, including product
managers, designers, and developers.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python framework.
2. Write efficient, reusable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
3. Collaborate with the team to define and translate software requirements into technical
   specifications.
4. Implement and maintain Restful APIs
5. Ensure the application’s performance, scalability, and security.
6. Debug and resolve issues and bugs reported by the quality assurance team or end-users.
7. Conduct code reviews, unit testing, code coverage and provide constructive feedback to
   improve code quality to junior team members.
8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
   
   Required Skills and Qualifications:
9. Work experience as a Python Developer minimum 7+ year.
10. Data Structures & Algorithm and Application Development Experience
11. • Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (like Django)
12. • Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM) and docker.
13. • Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript and HTML5)
14. • Experience in Handling Team at least 3years
15. • Good problem-solving skills 3-6 years of professional experience as a Python Developer.
16. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Python frameworks including but not
    limited to FastAPI, Flask, Pandas, Json, Requests, Pyunit etc.
17. Working experience with AWS components like S3, SQS, SNS, Cloudwatch etc. and ability to
    create and work with AWS components with boto3
18. Experience using an ORM (Object Relational Model) library like SQLAlchemy, SQLModel or
    similar.
19. Solid understanding of web development principles and REST APIs.
20. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
21. Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.
    
    Must Have:
22. Sound knowledge and practical experience of coding with OOPS
23. Common design patterns
24. Exposure to AWS cloud components
25. CI/CD code deployment knowledge
26. GIT or other similar code versioning tool integration and following best practices
27. Experience in developing SaaS application.
